Multimedia Director & Motion Designer
George Simeo is an independent director and motion designer with over 10 years of industry experience. His love of exploring narratives and technologies has brought him to create work across multiple formats, developing films with the Montreal Planetarium and Neurological Institute (The Neuro), and recently a multiscreen projection on the streets of Dubai.
With a strong belief in peer to peer education, he is also the co-founder of Montreal in Motion. MiM is a monthly networking event that provides local digital artists and studios a platform to share their work and creative process with the community.
Anthony Palermo has been at the forefront of RFID technology since 2006 leading engineering teams on the design, development and deployment of some of the largest RFID projects in the world. In 2012, Mr. Palermo co-founded Connect&GO, which deploys RFID Access, Payments and Experiential activations for music festivals, sports stadiums, fundraising and corporate events globally. Mr. Palermo is also a co-founder of the RFID Academia Centre of Excellence and the International RFID Institute.
JP cofounded Orangerine and Wallrus and is currently CEO of both companies. The Wallrus online platform allows you to integrate beautiful Social media feeds and digital signage in all your screens for events and permanent installations. Wallrus is used in trade shows, hotels, national conventions, music festivals, political forums, Shopping mall, brand store and many more.
Since launching in january 2015, we have done over 17 000 events in over 81 Countries with brands such as L’Oreal, AT#T, Red Bull, BMW, Celine Dion, and many more. Orangerine is a Boutique digital agency founded in 2011 specialized in User experience design and user engagement having done work for clients such as National Bank, Montreal Alouettes, Development Économique Canada, OMSignal, and many more!
When not meeting with Clients all over the world, JP is very active in the startup scene as a speaker and mentor to foster the next generation of young entrepreneurs.
Mariano Leotta began his career as a creative producer and art director. He has become known for his detailed precision and his carefully constructed multimedia, and interactive work with clients such as Mercedes, the Government of Dubai, and the United Nations. He is also a prodigious digital artist ! In 2012, his interactive artwork was selected for exhibition at the Moscow Biennale.
Mariano earned an MSc in Project Design and Management for Entertainment from Università Bocconi (2007) and a diploma in Visual Design at the School of Cinema and New Media (2008), both in Milan. He founded Artereazione and Consonant, between Milan and Berlin, where he honed his skills at creative technology for interactive and multimedia design. Mariano joined Moment Factory as a Multimedia Director in 2015. He speaks six languages and brings a keen intelligence to his research and innovation in creatively applying cutting edge technologies.
